Self Catering Gîte/Apartment

Entirely on the ground floor, our self catering gîte is situated at the far end of the owner's tradtional 'longére . The property has a private, direct entrance and enjoys free enclosed parking.

T his apartment/gîte enjoys a south facing sunny terrace, leading onto a large, lawned area, with garden furniture, sun umbrella and  loungers. A BBQ is available.
A second, more shaded seating area is situated at the entrance to the gîte . This looks out onto communal gardens with children's play area with swings and slide.

Living room

 A comfortable living space with a large sofa and armchair, TV/DVD  Large windows have with views across the garden. Free WIFI is offered.

Kitchen/dining area

The apartment offers a well equipped, modern kitchen with full sized oven and hob, microwave , fridge/freezer, coffee machine and toaster, in addition to a dishwasher and washing machine.
A dining table is situated in this light and airy open plan area

Bedrooms

The two bedrooms are light and comfortable, with windows overlooking the garden. The principal bedroom has one kingsize bed (140cm).

The second bedroom has 2 single beds (90cm) and benefits from a door with direct access onto the sunny terrace.

Family bathroom

The family sized bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, double basin unit and heated towel rail. A hair dryer is provided.
